Important dates:

Deadline for submitting abstracts: 15 January 2026

Review of abstracts: January–February 2026

Early bird registration: Until 18 April 2026

Conference in Rouen: 16–18 June 2026

Instructions for abstracts/symposia:

Please upload your abstract of no more than 300 words to the conference website. Abstracts should include a justification for the research, sources and results. Please include a very short biography of the author(s) (1-3 lines).

Abstracts and biographies must be written in the language of presentation on the day of the conference. All European languages are accepted. Visual aids should be in English if possible.

If you took part in CESH 2024 in Paris-Nanterre, you already have a Sciencesconf account!

NB: Participation is only possible in person.

Time for papers :

20 minutes for the paper + 10 minutes for questions

Contact the organisers for symposiums (3-4 presentations on a related topic).
